Cardinal Purple - Polwarth 4ply
Polwarth wool comes from the wonderful New Zealand bred Polwarth sheep. It belongs to the family of long staple fibres, similar to Blue Faced Leicester, and the yarn is sleek, crisp and springy, with slight sheen and excellent stitch definition. It is quite 'woolly' in feel and softens considerably with washing. It is hardwearing and suitable for socks.
