The Wool Barn is an independent hand dyed yarn studio located on the sunny south coast of England, UK.
We produce small batches of artisan hand dyed yarns with focus on high quality natural fibres. We use traditional wool dyeing techniques, and enjoy the slow process of making every skein unique. From the very beginning we placed great emphases on sourcing the best quality natural yarns, from trusted UK suppliers that offer full traceability and work with farms that guarantee high animal welfare standards. Our yarn dyeing process has been designed to have minimal impact on the environment, and we use recycled and biodegradable materials for our packaging.
