Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 days.
Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout, they are based on the weight and volume of the parcel.  
Wherever possible we will combine multiple orders into one parcel and refund the extra shipping charges. 

UK Customers

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services to ship within the UK.

International Customers

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail 'Standard International Airmail' and Royal Mail 'International Tracked' service. 
Standard International Airmail service does not offer tracking or compensation for loss or damage. Therefore we recommend tracked service for added security.
All parcel above 500g are shipped using 'International Tracked' service only.

EU Customers Duties and Taxes

We ship to customers in EU countries. For all orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) with a total value under 150€ (excluding taxes and delivery), taxes and duties will be paid at checkout. This means that the price you see for the item(s) in your cart is the final price you'll pay, and there will be no additional fees or charges upon delivery. We make sure to follow all EU regulations and guidelines regarding taxes and duties, and strive to make the checkout process as easy and transparent as possible.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are an estimate and can vary:
UK: 2-4 business days
EU: 3-5 business days
Worldwide: 5-7 business days
Please note that all deliveries may be subject to delays which are outside of our control and are dependent on factors like courier delays, customs clearances and internal distribution networks within the destination country. Please allow extra time for delivery especially during busy times. In an unlikely event that the parcel has not arrived within 45 working days, please contact us and we will help to resolve the issue.


It is important to us that you are happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange exchange or refund. 
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Please obtain proof of postage when returning your item(s), we are not responsible for any returned items going missing in the post.
